See you soon!
How does delivery work and where do you deliver?
We will be offering delivery to the following boundaries listed below:
Bloor Street to King St + Bathurst St to High Park and Liberty Village
If you live outside these boundaries and want a subscription, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be offering delivery in the future outside these vicinities. All deliveries will be dropped off to your home, condo or apartment once a week on Thursdays. We ask that someone is available to receive them or leave us a special note for delivery. We do not do redeliveries.
How do I gift a flower subscription to someone?
Order as normal and make sure you put in your recipient contact name and address for the delivery. You can add a special note for them for us to add as well in the “Additional Notes” section.
What will my bouquet look like? Can I pick what I want?
The joy of having a floral subscription is knowing that every one will be different. We will be using florals and greens that are in season and local flowers when we can. All floral bouquets will have that Crown Flora touch so that you can enjoy them until your next one arrives. We do not allow custom colours, flowers and style preference for your weekly bouquet. We do not replicate past work or work from other florists. Each bouquet will always be different and will vary.
My flowers didn’t last upon arrival and died, what should I do?
We do our best to handle fresh florals for all bouquets. If your bouquet dies within 24 hours of delivery we ask that you contact us and send us a photo to assess your bouquet. In nature, things die or can’t handle extreme cold or heat that may affect your bouquet. Please make sure you contact us as soon as possible.
How do I make my flowers last?
Each arrangment will include flower food. We suggest changing out the water every 2 days and trimming the ends to extend the life of the flowers. Avoid bright sunlight and keep in room temperature.
Please email us email@example.com if you have any further questions.
